Katie McMahon
Described by The Irish Times
as having a voice "so sublime it reminds one of poetry, purity
and perfection", Katie was the soloist on the original Riverdance
single and is a former member of ANUNA, featuring
on three of their albums.
Dublin born, she also plays harp and is
classically trained, having studied at the Royal Irish
Academy of Music and Trinity College,
Dublin. As part of ANUNA, with whom she made
numerous national and international television appearances, Katie
has also performed with such pop stars as Gary Kemp and Barry
Manilow. She has now embarked on a solo recording career, and
has recently finished recording Illumination for
Sony Records.
