Your monthly usage can be checked quite simply by clicking on the "ACCOUNT" icon on our Navigation bar to the left of your screen, login using your dial-up username and password, and by clicking "Usage". This information is broken down on a by login basis, and can give you complete details of your usage.

Our 35 Hour per month package, is intended to be a very low cost solution for users who know that their usage is low. For example, those people who only need to read e-mail. Nationwide, most Internet users consumption however is much higher, which is why we now offer 120 Hour per month packages and Unlimited packages to assist you in refining your access to exactly what you require. After watching your using, you may realize that you belong in a different access level. Changes can be made at the end of your billing term without any service charges. If it is imperative for you to change before the end of your billing term, a $25 service charge is applied for Prorating of your account. Once an account has changed plans once, a $25 service charge will be mandatory to change again.
