Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Setup fees must be paid before initiation service.
  • Monthly charges are assessed on the first of each month for the previous months usage.
  • Payment is due by the fifteenth of the month (net 15 days). No service will be prorated unless special arrangements are made with the accounting department of THT
  • If payment is not recieved by the first of the following month, we reserve the right to uncermoniously disconnect your equipment from the network and/or power source.
  • We require a deposit equal to that of your monthly fees, including estimated monthly bandwidth charges upon service initiation.
  • We reserve the right to checking credit prior to initiating services.

    Termination of Service
  • Upon service termination 30 days written notice will be provided to you.
  • At least 30 days notice is required to terminate this agreement at any time.
  • Accounts will automatically renew unless written notice is recieved stating otherwise

    Discount and Rate Changes
  • We reserve the right to adjust our rates upon 30 days written notice.
  • We reserve the right to discount our rates.

    Downtime
  • Power downtime - We will provide notice of any scheduled power outages.
  • Local Network downtime - We will provide notice of any scheduled network outages which are more than 10 minutes in length.
  • Internet Network downtime -We only have direct control of our own network. We will strive to maintain our connection(s) to the Internet and will pass on any notice of scheduled network downtime as sent to us by our upstream provider(s).
  • Compensation for downtime - By default, we will not provide any compensation for power/network outages, scheduled or not. If you wish to be compensated for downtime, a separate rider needs to be negotiated and attached to the contract.
